Grant Thornton and the Family Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society have released their New Zealand Relationship Property Survey 2019. The report states that “there was broad support among respondents for the Law Commission’s proposals recently tabled in the Law Commission’s final report on its review of the PRA” (page 28).
