This project consisted of seminars that focused on and aimed to provoke discussion of the underlying objectives and overall coherence of the reforms of various laws affecting intellectual property.

The Commission's Report, Intellectual Property: The Context for Reform (R13, 1990).

The Report makes available to a wider audience a number of valuable papers addressing aspects of the reform of intellectual property laws in New Zealand. These papers were written by experts in the field and delivered at several small seminars organised by the Law Commission in October and November 1989.
